Works in Claude and ChatGPT
Your Doquery library connects to the assistants you already use. Add it once, and Claude and ChatGPT search the same sources. There are no duplicate uploads and no separate file limits per chat.
Claude
- In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
- Paste https://api.doquery.ai/mcp and sign in to Doquery when asked.
- Ask Claude anything. It searches your library and cites the passages it used.
Availability of custom connectors depends on your Claude plan. Anthropic's custom connectors guide
Using Claude Desktop with an API key? The Doquery extension (.mcpb) needs API access, which is on Pro only. Set it up from Integrations →
Connecting Claude or ChatGPT with a Doquery sign-in is included on Solo, Starter, Pro. Tool-call allowance scales with the plan. API-key setups (Claude Desktop extension, other MCP clients) need Pro. Beta — this feature is still in development. It works, but expect rough edges and changes.
Questions
- Does it change my notes?
- Doquery writes only inside its own Doquery folder in your vault; notes elsewhere are never modified. If you edit a Doquery-managed note, your local version is backed up before any update.
